1. Ordering from GimmeDigi

Purchase at GimmeDigi is simple and easy. By creating an account at GimmeDigi you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Ordering procedure and payment method are as follows:

Ordering procedure

1. 1. Browsing product information: Select products according to their category.
2. 2. Select the product that you want, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom right corner.
3. 3. Confirm your selection in "Shopping Cart", enter the appropriate quantity, then click the "Check Out" button.
4. 4. You need to sign in as member of GimmeDigi and entering the shipping address.
5. 5. After entering shipping information, select your shipping method and click "continue" to select your payment method.
6. 6. Confirm your order information, then click the "Confirm Order" button
7. 7. Upon every successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your "sign in" email address. All confirmed orders are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to "Fulfillment Details" on each individual product page.

*For verification purpose, and in the interest of our customers, ESD Services Limited may request customer to present photocopy of payment credit card before service delivery.

GimmeDigi will not be responsible for any form of handling/service charges incurred for payment settlement. For direct deposit payment, you are suggested to make sure that you have an exact transaction amount in Hong Kong dollar deposited to our bank account. We will arrange to ship your order once your payment is received by our bank or your order is ready for shipment, whichever is later.

3. Delivery Arrangement

We provide door-to-door delivery service for most of our products so that you can enjoy the convenience of one-stop shopping and free gift-wrapping service for most items. Since different merchants might have different delivery arrangement, please refer to below list for details. Further details can also be found in "Fulfillment Details" on each individual product page.

Currently overseas delivery option is available for selected items only. Applicable destination countries include China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Korea, Australia, Canada, United States of America and United Kingdom. We plan to extend our international shipment option to more product range and more countries at later stage.

Most of the products will be delivered by Hongkong Post. Usually we can offer ordinary airmail (Registered Packet or Parcel) and speedpost delivery options for our customers. Please refer to below table for estimated speed of delivery for different locations:

*There is no airmail service to Macau and Guangdong Province of China. Goods will be shipped by surface mail (Registered Packet or Parcel) instead.

Order Tracking: A order tracking number will be sent to you via email once the product is shipped so that you can keep track or the delivery status at HKPost web site.#

Shipping Rates: It will be calculated to you automatically when you check out from the shopping basket. However, please understand that there may be times that the actual postage incurred is different from the one specified during your purchase. We reserve the right the collect the additional postage incurred before shipment.

Customs Duty and Import Taxes: Customers shall be responsible for the customs duty and import taxes, if any, imposed by the Local Customs Authority and should be aware of any banned items. For the banned items regulated by different countries, please click here to check.

If any order is confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of the destination country because of the above-mentioned reasons, we are not responsible for any reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated order.

Note: PO Box is not accepted as delivery address. GimmeDigi will not be responsible for any delivery delay due to wrong delivery address given by customers.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products and services. However, in case you have received any defective items, please contact us immediately for alternative arrangement. Customers' cost at loss is definitely not our want.

In case you have received any defective items, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the relevant item, either via our hotline (852) 3151-2288 or send email to support@gimmedigi.com. We shall co-ordinate with concerned merchant and provide best alternative arrangement with you as soon as possible.

If your order cannot be fulfilled and refund is required, GimmeDigi will not be responsible for any form of handling/service charges incurred.

5. Payment Security

Online Payment

Online payment security is of our top priority issue and therefore we shall treat all personal identifiable information obtained from users of our websites confidential. Further, measures have been implemented to ensure information submitted by our customers, either through on-line or other payment methods, are highly protected.

Online payments supported by the ESD System are protected through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) mechanisms. Payment details are encrypted under the 128-bit SSL/SET protocol. Encryption enables users to continuously send encoded information back and forth across the Internet with a high degree of security.

In addition, 3D Secure is an authentication method which is commonly employed to reduce the risk of unauthorized card usage and lose of information, offering an additional layer of security for on-line payments. To activate "Verified by Visa" is easy, and no additional softwares are required. For details, please contact your credit card issuers.

Other Payment Methods

Only authorized privacy policy agents of our company will process payment information submitted by our customers. Customer payment information will only be used to check the status of complete orders, and under no circumstances will it be revealed, leased or sold to a third party. Upon successful product delivery and payment receipt, customer payment information will be removed from our record.
